1. SIM card/Memory card tray: Install the SIM card and an optional memory card (not included) for storage of files.
2. Flash: Illuminate subjects in low-light environments when taking a photo or recording video.
3. Volume keys: Adjust the volume of your device’s sounds and audio playback.
4. Heart rate sensor: Measure your heart rate using your fingertip when using the

5. Headset jack: Connect an optional headset.
6. USB charger/Accessory port: Connect the USB charger (included) and other optional accessories (not included).
7. Microphone: Record audio and detect voice commands.
8. Speaker: Play music and other sounds.
9. Power key: Press and hold to turn the device on or off, restart it, or for quick access to Emergency mode. Press to lock or wake up the screen.
10. Rear camera: Take pictures and record videos.

When you subscribe to a cellular network, you are provided with a plug-in SIM card. During activation, your SIM card is loaded with your subscription details, such as your Personal Identification Number (PIN), available optional services, and other features.
Warning: Please be careful when handling the SIM card to avoid damaging it. Keep all SIM cards out of reach of small children.
You can also install an optional microSD™, microSDHC™, or microSDXC™ memory card (not included) to add more memory space to your device.
Note: A memory card can be installed at any time. It is not necessary to install it prior to using the Samsung device.
Caution: Exercise care when using the removal tool to eject the internal SIM card/Memory card tray.

1. Insert the removal tool into the hole on the SIM card/Memory card tray, and then push until the
   tray pops out.
2. Place the SIM card on the tray. Make sure that the card’s gold contacts face down into the device and that the card is positioned as shown.
3. Place the memory card on the tray with the gold contacts facing down.
4. Slide the SIM card/Memory card tray back into the slot.

Note: To maintain the water-resistant and dust‑resistant features of your device, make sure that the Note7 SIM card/Memory card tray and opening are both maintained free of dust and water, and the tray is securely inserted prior to any exposure to liquids.
